GradientEZ SC‐G002 TECHNICAL DATA SHEET

Product family name GradientEZ
Description 3D system for cell migration and invasion assays. Suitable for generating gradients of test compounds and gradient testing with 3D cultures or 3D‐distributed adherent‐  or suspended cells. Drugs, extracellular matrices and/or different cell populations may be added to center and 6 lobes. Suitable for culturing and testing of central cell population with up to 6 cell sub‐populations in lobes; testing of one or more compounds or drugs in different concentrations spotted onto lobes; cell migration, invasion and chemo‐invasion assays. Supplied sterile. For Single In Vitro Research Use Only.
Compatibility with disposables GradientEZ SC‐G002 fits into Petri dishes, 6‐well to 12‐well plates and 6‐well inserts. This substrate is not guaranteed to fit into a 24‐well plate.

Please read GradientEZ SAFETY DATA SHEET available online at www.lenabio.com before using this product. Handle using chemically resistant gloves and forceps inside the cell culture hood. Wear lab coat and safety goggles. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after use. Discard the substrate in the biohazard bag after use. FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY. Not for use in clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. Not for use in animals or humans.
